Fall 2012 NNWB Clean the Stream
Cap off your summer by helping to clean up the Northwest Branch! Please see the site map below, which is still expanding as more leaders step up to clean a section of the stream. So check back here in a few days and see what other choices you have.
Please be sure to bring drinking water and wear appropriate clothes to protect from sun, thorns, and insects. Wear shoes that can get muddy. Gloves and bags will be provided. Light rain will not deter us. But heavy rain will. Please RSVP to the leader indicated for each site so that person will know how many gloves and bags are needed. And have fun while helping to make our stream healthier both for us and wildlife--not to mention a lot prettier. If you or your civic association would like to clean up a tributary or section of the Northwest Branch, please email Anne Ambler so we can put your cleanup on the map.
