Heavy rains continue to flush excess nitrogen and phosphorus from yards into a dying Bay and street trash into the Northwest Branch. So...what happened to those bills introduced in the Maryland Legislature last session to improve stormwater control and reduce trash? One of the primary legislative sponsors, District 20 Delegate Tom Hucker, will reveal all. Please join us for the lowdown on how the Legislature works (or doesn't), what happened to those bills, and where we go from here.
